Default rear speakers on a 09 HD ultra

I have installed the system with front speakers and amp on a 2009 HD Ultra Classic and it all fits well. I can not get the rear speakers to fit, the magnet is too large and will not allow the speaker to fit properly into the rear "pod", any suggestions? it seems like i would need a spacer of some sorts?

There should have been a set of spacers in the kit. Please contact customer service and they will ship them out to you.
