Help 0003 BTA10250D does not power up

I bought this tube about a year ago, a couple of months ago it started to sound erradic, as if the sub was blown, but its not. then all of the sudden the amp will not turn on anymore. I had my system installed at Best Buy, the tech there troubleshoot the wiring and connections and said that there was power going all the way to the tube. is there a way i can check to see if the amp is bad, i tried to see if there was a fuse inside the amp but i could not see one, the only fuse is at the battery connection and that is still good. any suggestions will be useful.
Thanks

Call Customer Service with receipt and Tube serial number in hand, and ask for a RTA, explaining what the problem is. Customer Service will explain the options for repair and/or replacement. 1-800-THE-TUBE.
