Help 0003 can i connect my powered subwoofer to another aftermarket amplifier?

i have a bta850fh powered subwoofer,, now im planning to put a separate amplifier for my front and rear speakers,, my questions are:
1) can i hook the bazooka powered subwoofer to another amplifier??
2)does that mean i dont need to hook the bazooka to the battery so it will serve as a passive subwoofer??
3) and is it safe to tap the bazooka high level input to the amplified speaker wires?? or i can connect the bazooka high level input to the amplifiers speaker connection?

what is recommended?

thanks!!

1).By connecting to another amplifier, I assume you mean connecting to the speaker outputs of the new amplifier. If so, then yes.

2).No, it does not mean you can disconnect the positive power supply, or the switched power supply. The Tube has to have +12volts to operate.

3).Yes. however, keep in mind if you activate a high pass crossover, you will not have any bass information to reproduce.
