Default BTA10200 problem

Hello,
I have an issue with my bazooka
I used it for a while and enjoyed it very well. But recently something happened to it. the place where I've installed it was not tood good, power connection was not made very good.
once in a while, the power cord woudl disconnect, I guess because of poor connection. so, now I've stopped by the place and they made a good and solid connections to bazooka. but there is no bass comming from it, no light. ...

I've checked the power from the battery and there is 12v.

what can it be?
Could I have damaged the bazooka?
any tips on troubleshooting woudl be greately appreciated.

thanks

Welcome to the Bazooka Forum ggulchin. Have you verified that you have a proper ground? Also, double check your 12v key-on/key-off connection. And when you say the power cord would disconnect, do you mean the harness at the Tube? When you get a chance please post back. Whatever the problem I am confident we can get you back up and moving.
