Help 0003 Signal issue

Hi, new to the forum. Just installed a BTA10250 in my 2006 land cruiser. I used the high level inputs spliced off the stock sub. I ran a wire to the battery and used the rear 12v power port for the remote. It turns on and off with the ignition. When turned on the light comes on but the sun makes no sound, if you unclip the harness with the signal inputs and then plug it right back in the sun fires up and sounds great till you turn the car off. When you restart there again is no sound from the sub until you unplug rh Barnes and reconnect. Any thought on this issue?

You are dealing with an impedance issue. Installing a LOC (line output converter), will fix this.
