Welcome to the Bazooka Forum David. You can send the Tube in for repair, call 1-800-THE-TUBE and anyone in Customer Service can help you with this. Before you do that, let's try some troubleshooting. How do you have the Tube wired to turn on, the Auto-Turn On Loop or a dedicated remote wire?
