Here's the story:

2 months ago, I was looking to get this item:
ELA-BCM - Bass Control Module for EL Series Amplifer
Model #: ELA-BCM

Since you can't buy it directly from, the site refered me to to buy (authorized dealer I guess).
I've never received my item and cannot reach their customer service because there's none.. I've looked over Internet for this company and there's a lot of people that had the same experience as me.

My question: How can refer to buy their products from a company that screws people???

I am sorry you have experienced a problem with getting a response from Hi-fi Sound Connection. I will be sending them a copy of your post so that they can look into this issue for you. I also checked out our website. You can purchase directly from Bazooka if you would prefer. If you hit the purchase button, it takes you directly to our online ordering system. If you click on the link to Hi-Fi Sound Connection, it will redirect you to their site instead. I am not sure what happened in that process, but feel free to purchase directly from Bazooka. Finally got a refund from them after hundreds of e-mail and calls. A rep from Bazooka called them and they refunded me the same day. Seems like they wanna get in good touch with Bazooka and wanna keep scam customers. However, don't buy from them!!!
